Functioning as an Engineering Manager, responsible for the professional development and career trajectories of a dedicated engineering team. Utilizing regular 1-on-1 coaching and the "Career Ladder" framework to align individual technical competencies with transparent milestones for personal and financial advancement. Spearheading the project staffing process by matching engineers to roles based on their tech stacks and aspirations, while validating technical CVs and conducting interview simulations. Managing the operational lifecycle of the team, leading semi-annual salary review cycles and engineering "Learning Engagement" plans to proactively upskill engineers.

Evolved from building polished ReactJS components to architecting complex, full-stack digital ecosystems. Spearheaded a high-stakes architectural transition to Next.js 14, managing a phased migration via feature flags and Next.js rewrites to ensure zero downtime. Collaborated on AWS cloud strategy and implemented Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, including provisioning ECS services, Lambda functions, and OpenSearch clusters. Engineered three dedicated Node.js microservices and integrated Algolia for lightning-fast, full-site search capabilities.

Specialized in translating complex client visions into high-performance digital ecosystems. Led the development of sophisticated web applications using Next.js (v13), maintaining a tight feedback loop with stakeholders. Expanded responsibilities to include ownership and optimization of a React Native mobile application, harmonizing web and mobile platforms to ensure feature parity and consistent, high-quality delivery.

Served as the primary bridge between client business objectives and technical execution. Architected a high-performance web application using Next.js (v12), delivering a seamless user experience with optimized page loads and SEO-ready architecture. Engineered a robust backend ecosystem using Firebase, handling end-to-end implementation of user authentication, real-time database management, and scalable Cloud Functions. Integrated Rowy as a headless CMS to empower non-technical team members with content management capabilities.
